Ask the Experts is a chance to meet one-on-one with a MongoDB engineer for 20 minutes. You can ask them anything you’d like.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

To cancel your order, send your request to events@mongodb.com. Full refunds will be granted through August 14, 2019 via the original payment method. 50% refunds will be granted through September 10, 2019. After September 10th, 2019, refunds will no longer be granted. Event registration may be transferred to another participant.

When and where will MongoDB.local London take place?

All conference activities, take place on 25 September at Old Billingsgate 1 Old Billingsgate Walk (Riverside, 16 Lower Thames St, London EC3R 6DX).

Do you offer delegate hotel room rates?

We’ve partnered up with specialist accommodation agency Event Express to provide discounted hotel accommodation and flexible cancellation policies exclusively for MongoDB London attendees. If you’re unsure of your requirements at this stage, the flexible cancellation terms will allow you to make amendments and cancellations at no charge until closer to the event date. However, we do advise that you book now and amend later in order to guarantee your preferred hotel.

 

The Event Express service is completely free to use with no hidden charges and no booking or transaction fees, and the friendly reservations team will liaise with the hotels directly on your behalf.

Will all the presentations be filmed?

Yes, all sessions will be recorded and made available to attendees a few weeks after the conference.

When will the presentation slides be posted?

Presentation slides and session videos will be available on mongodb.com approximately one week after MongoDB.local London. All attendees will receive an email with a link to the presentations page as soon as it’s live.
